1. Shipping Fees Not Included in Quoted Prices
All product prices and quotations provided by SPIDERWAY do not include shipping fees. The cost of international freight is calculated separately based on the specific destination, shipping method, and cargo details.
2. Freight Arranged on Behalf of Customers
As a value-added service, SPIDERWAY offers to assist customers in arranging international shipping through third-party logistics providers (freight forwarders). Please note:
We act solely as an intermediary and coordinate shipping on your behalf.
The actual shipping fee will be quoted directly by the freight carrier based on real-time factors such as:
Destination country or region
Package size and weight
Shipping method (e.g. air, sea, express courier)
Any special handling or documentation requirements
3. Final Freight Cost Confirmation
The final shipping cost will be confirmed with you before shipment. You may choose to:
Use SPIDERWAY’s recommended freight forwarder, or
Arrange your own preferred logistics provider
In either case, the shipping cost will be paid separately from the product invoice, and must be settled prior to dispatch.
4. Delivery Time & Tracking
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Once your goods are dispatched, we will provide a tracking number or Bill of Lading (B/L) to monitor the shipment status.
5. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs clearance procedures, import duties, VAT, or additional fees charged by their local customs authorities.

At SPIDERWAY, we strive to ensure the quality and reliability of every product we deliver. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns Due to Product Quality Issues
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged due to manufacturing or shipping errors, SPIDERWAY will accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
The issue must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Clear photographic or video evidence must be provided.
SPIDERWAY will cover the return shipping cost or arrange replacement at our expense.
A full refund or replacement will be issued upon inspection and confirmation of the defect.
2. Returns for Non-Quality Reasons
If the return is due to non-quality-related reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect order by customer, etc.), we will still accept returns under the following terms:
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Any additional costs incurred during the return process (such as customs clearance, handling fees, etc.) will also be borne by the customer.
These costs will be deducted from the original payment before any refund is issued.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
3. Exchange Process
For both quality and non-quality related exchanges:
All exchange requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service team.
SPIDERWAY reserves the right to inspect and approve the return before any replacement or refund is processed.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Custom-built or special-order products
Items used or modified after delivery
Products returned without prior authorization

At SPIDERWAY, we are committed to providing high-quality lithium battery products and a transparent purchasing experience. Please review our cancellation, return, and exchange policy below.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled before production or shipment begins.
If an order has already been processed, packaged, or shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed and may be subject to handling or restocking fees.
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.
To request a cancellation, please contact us at sales@spider-way.com with your order number as soon as possible.
2. Return Policy
We accept product returns under the following conditions:
A. Due to Quality Issues
Defective or damaged items may be returned or exchanged.
Customers must notify us within 7 days of receipt and provide photo or video evidence.
SPIDERWAY will cover return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement after inspection.
B. For Non-Quality Reasons
Returns for reasons such as incorrect ordering, change of mind, or product incompatibility are accepted under these terms:
Buyer must cover all return shipping costs.
Any customs, handling, or additional fees related to the return will be deducted from the refund.

3. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for both defective and non-defective items, subject to the same terms as above.
All exchange requests must be approved by SPIDERWAY in writing prior to return.
For exchanges not caused by quality issues, both return and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
